BLOG 2: Why I study Arts
Hi 😊
On this post I’m going to tell why I study arts.
When I was a kid, I want to be many different things; vet, dancer, detective, even a bus driver like Otto from The Simpsons.
Always loved draw and paint, but I never thought study arts at the university because study arts are so expensive.
When I was seventeen, I started study Psychology on Talca, I was so young so I didn´t know what’s were going ajjajsjj (not yet, but now I have some experience)
I met a lot of friends on Talca, was a very nice experience, I focused mainly in psychology but my interest in arts persisted.
I started to research and talk with a lot of professionals and many of they say “money always are a problem, no matter what you do” and that was right, actually a lot of careers has to fait with a economic instability and at the end if you feel uncomfortable with your job that can be more troublesome.
So finally, I decide to take a risk, and I leave the university, start to work and I start study arts in 2019, and was the best decision.
I’m not going to lie, it’s so difficult, and I must work so hard, now with pandemic even more, but all I learn from my teachers and classmate are so unvaluable.
I love this career until now, but I don´t see me like an academic artist.
I feel more like a worker of art, because I want to work in community projects or arts therapy in a future.
All the people that I´ve met and all the things that I´ve done made me feel so lucky, thankful and satisfied.
I’m still learning so that’s my main goal.
I think that be a bus driver like Otto were a good idea, maibe if I had think that before I will be studying to get a bus driver license first
ResponderEliminarSince you mentioned that you wanted to be a detective, I got to thinking that I think that I wanted that too haha, I really liked to watch "Detective Conan" as a child... I don’t know but I have the feeling that you know that anime/tv program, right? hehe.
