BLOG 4 : A meal on food I really like

My favorite meal is he Stew of Cochayuyo. Cochayuyo is a seaweed and taste salty. It is made on water whit potatoes and vegetables, like a soup. The seaweed absorbs water and potatoes should be grind it, you must stir until you get consistency, so it is a slow process. The Stew of Cochayuyo can be used as a side dish on different meals, I eat with legumes. Also, the Cochayuyo can be cooked as a salad. Is keeping dehydrated so lasts a long time. I love this meal so much because it reminds me of when I was a kid and with my granny went to beach, we founded some seaweed had washed up on rocks or sometimes buy some, and after we cooked together. This plant has a lot of sodium but also has a many mineral beneficial for our health like iodine. I recommended it 😊
